Dundee LibDems condemn ATM charges costing Scots a million a month

Dundee Liberal Democrat local party Convener, Raymond Lawrie said today (Tuesday 24th October) that he is "shocked but not very surprised" to learn that Scots are paying more than £1m a month to withdraw their own money from fee-charging cash machines. This is an increase of 25% in less than nine months.

Dundee Liberal Democrats are today (Tuesday 24th October) launching their Green Tax Switch campaign. This is aimed at promoting the party's proposals for switching to green taxes, while reducing income tax for many constituents at the same time.

Dundee Liberal Democrats say "young people's wage discrimination must stop"

Following release of a new analysis by the Liberal Democrats showing that over half a million young people are earning less than their older counterparts for doing the same work, Dundee LibDem local party secretary Michael Charlton today (Sunday 22nd October) reiterated his view that the discrimination against young people must stop.
