Dundee West End councillors Fraser Macpherson and Michael Crichton are concerned at the NHS Tayside plan to relocate 160 more staff onto the Ninewells Hospital site, which is already bursting at the seams.
Liberal Democrats came a very close second in the Strathmartine by-election. There was only 32 votes between the winning SNP candidate and the LibDem challenger Jenny Blain – 1426 votes to 1394.
