Broughty Ferry councillor Craig Duncan has criticized the poor record of Dundee City Council in issuing fines for littering. This comes after a weekend of angry residents complaining the littering at Broughty Ferry beach and the Castle Green.
Dundee Liberal Democrat councillors have expressed concerns about the lack of signing and lining of pavement parking exemption streets in Dundee. It’s difficult for a driver to know if the pavement parking rules apply unless they check the council website
