West End LibDem Councillor Fraser Macpherson today (Monday 7th May) published his monthly update to West End Community Council.
Issues covered include Wheelie Bins, Sinderins Junction, Car difficulties at the top of Windsor Street, Helicopter Noise and Harris Academy/Litter update.
