Great Dundee LibDem progress at the Scottish Parliament election

Dundee Liberal Democrat candidates Tanvir Ahmad (Dundee City East) and Councillor Daniel Coleman (Dundee City West) made great progress for the LibDems in Dundee at last Thursday’s Scottish Parliamentary election

There was a very positive increase in the Liberal Democrat vote share, and LibDems beat the Conservatives in both seats. This augurs  well for next year’s council elections and for the likely Westminster parliamentary by-election in the Arbroath and Broughty Ferry seat.
The Scottish Liberal Democrats are also delighted at the election of Yi-Pei Chou Turvey as our MSP for the North East Scotland region.
