Dundee Liberal Democrats campaign to save local bank branch

Cllr Fraser Macpherson, Liberal Democrat Dundee Councillor for the West End writes:
"At lunchtime today, I was delighted to be joined by Alison McInnes, MSP for North East Scotland, and Dundee Liberal Democrat colleagues as we collected more signatures from local residents, calling on the Royal Bank of Scotland to save the well-used Perth Road Branch of the bank."
