Dundee Liberal Democrat Group Leader congratulates Ming Campbell

Cllr Fraser Macpherson, Leader of the Dundee City Council Liberal Democrat Group, has passed on his personal congratulations to Sir Menzies Campbell, who was today elected as the new federal Leader of the Liberal Democrats.
"Ming is held in the highest regard both within the party and throughout Britain. He is a someone of huge experience and with the drive and commitment to take the Liberal Democrats to new heights. We are particularly pleased here in Dundee at Ming's success, given his local credentials as MP for the neighbouring constituency of North East Fife.
