Dundee councillors welcome Radio 1's Big Weekend in Dundee

News that Radio 1 is holding its Big Weekend in Dundee on May 13th and 14th has been warmly welcomed by Dundee Liberal Democrat Councillors Helen Dick and Fraser Macpherson.
Camperdown Park is to host what will be the city's biggest-ever live music event and some of the world's top music stars will participate. Upwards of 30 000 music fans will converge of the City.
Cllr Helen Dick said, "Its a brilliant coup for the City and yet another example of Dundee attracting top entertainment. We wish the event every success."
