Cllr Fraser Macpherson welcomes new loans scheme

Cllr Fraser Macpherson, Dundee City Council's Liberal Democrat Convener of Finance, yesterday (Wednesday 15th November) welcomed the establishment of an innovative savings and loans scheme by five local housing associations.
Visiting the launch of the scheme at Dundee City Chambers, Fraser said, "This is an excellent initiative which will help many tenants avoid financial hardship. I wish the scheme every success."
