Cllr Fraser Macpherson's West End FOCUS launched!

Having reached edition 51 and over 300 000 newsletters, Fraser's ward FOCUS newsletter has today (Sunday 4th June) been expanded to cover the new West End Ward and therefore is delivered henceforth to all West End residents.
The new edition includes articles on :
- Parking - including Perth Road area and also Ninewells Hospital
- Digital terrestrial TV issues for the West End
- Road resurfacing
- West End Graffiti tackled
- Other West End News
