Cllr Helen Dick trying to resolve Kingsway West Retail Park issues
|
Strathmartine Ward LibDem Councillor, Helen Dick, is today (Wednesday 2nd August) meeting the owners of the Kingsway West Retail Park (Land Securities Ltd) and local residents about a number of issues of concern to local residents.
Helen has been concerned about a number of continuing issues for residents in parts of Lintrathen Gardens and Muirfield Crescent. These include noise nuisance from the Retail Park, screening, lighting, security and the problem of HGVs etc parking on the service road.
Helen, together with Liberal Democrat Council Group Leader, Cllr Fraser Macpherson, and a number of local residents are meeting with Land Securities Ltd today, the retail park's owners, to press for an early resolution of these issues. Helen feels these have dragged on far too long - residents are entitled to a permanent and proper resolution.
